Jo-Anne Vandermeulen has a four year University Bachelor’s Degree with English being her area of specialization. Her creative writing skills developed through twenty years of being a successful English Language Arts Teacher and the associated opportunity to attend a multitude of creative writing workshops as a member of two professional organizations. For the past three years, she has been a serious full-time writer. All her life, Jo-Anne has been an avid suspense/romance reader deliberately selecting a variety of authors with the objective of learning from their individual writing styles. Fed by her high concept thinking, she writes thrillers with strong secondary characters.
